In the name of God, Considering the difficulty of excavation and stabilization processes in urban environments, selecting a capable contractor is a very significant issue. We entrusted the design, stabilization and excavation processes of the Mirdamad North Razan project to the Peyban group under the management of Dr. Majid Mohagheghi. Peyban Co. continued the project phases including the construction and installation of guard structures, panel removal, shotcrete, and excavation with regular planning. Finally, the 14.5-meter excavation process of the project was completed in the shortest possible time but with the best quality

Because of importance of the speed, accuracy, and honesty in the words and actions of the contractor, I feel that the stabilization project is a major construction project. I saw these features in Peyban Company very strongly. I know this Peyban Company for 10 years. The economic conditions of the country are weak and the prices are changing every day, so the companies cannot fulfill their obligations under the contract. We entrusted the soil stabilizer operation to Peyban Engineering Company and during the contract we signed with Dr. Mohagheghi, the stabilization of the pit is by nailing and anchorage and truss retaining structure methods. The weight of the structure is about 200 tons and the excavation area is about 1600 square meters. Excavation is done in two steps. The digging depth on the north side and south side is about 14 and 16 meters respectively. Digging began with a well-drilling operation and 48 wells were timely drilled by about twenty days

Our project complex is 64,000 cubic meters of excavation volume at a depth of 30 meters from the base level, which was done by the Peyban company monitoring by Dr. Mohagheghi. From the beginning to the end, we had no problems with agile forces and experienced personnel. This project was completed in perfect health. Our project is a combination of TopDown, Nailing, and Strand basically. We completely used the top-down method of the western side of our project. That excavation, speculation, and execution of the gallery and all the cases were done by Peyban company within the specified time.
